Oil Damper Service

If the system diagnosis shows the need of an oil damper service the following steps are taken.
 
We disassemble the damper, clean it and check all the critical parts. All the gained data is recorded (air volume, shimming, oil viscosity, negative spring etc.) in our Software. After that the damper is filled with fresh, high quality full synthetic damper oil, bleed and stamped with its unique Eighty-Aid number. The function control is the final step.
